If you find that you are missing a product from your order or a product is damaged please contact us for immediate attention and we will go the extra mile to ensure that your satisfied.

Requests for refunds below £10 will be made in the form of a credit note and a code will be emailed to you. Please make all refund and return request by contacting our customer services department at sales@bringthechaos.com. As per our cancelled order policy, products must be unopened and sealed to qualify for a return. All returns must be sent to the address below.

Any postage costs incurred as the result of a return will be paid by the consumer.

Please note that refunds cannot be given on Gift Voucher purchases, Credit Vouchers or Discount Codes. Refunds or Credit Notes can not be issued for clearance items, unless items received are not as described. We are unable to accept returns for products which have been opened or used. Any items returned in this condition without prior authorisation will result in our decision to withdraw the offer of a refund in whole or part.

We cannot offer refunds for concerns relating to the flavour, taste or quality or effectiveness of a  product.

All of our shipping providers provide tracking information, which you can find in the my account area, or in your order confirmation email. If you haven’t received your tracking number, please contact us at sales@bringthechaos.com.

Claims for non-receipt of goods must be notified to customer services within 10 working days of the dispatch of the order, or within 7 days of any tracking information stating delivered, either signed for or left in a safe place. Deliveries to the UK are sent via the Royal Mail 24 hour tracked signed for service. We use this service to ensure that your items are delivered to you in the safest way possible. Please try to ensure that you get your items delivered to an address where someone can sign for them. If you would like your order to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour you can leave a note in your order or change your preferences by using the Royal Mail app, this is at your own risk and we are not held responsible for the item not being delivered and we cannot refund or replace the item.

Royal Mail use GPS tracking to track where your delivery has been signed for/delivered, our other shipping providers offer proof of delivery. If the delivery has been signed for and confirmed as delivered the package cannot be considered as lost. Delivery to office buildings or buildings with numerous addresses is at your own risk, we cannot offer refunds for lost packages that have been delivered to communal areas or places of work. When an order has been confirmed as delivered or signed for by the delivery company, we cannot offer refunds for claims of lost or unreceived orders.

If you haven’t received your package within 30 days, contact us at sales@bringthechaos.com. Our team will investigate the matter and if no delivery confirmation/proof of delivery is available in your tracking information, and the package has not been received, we can offer a full refund, exchange or discount on your next order at our discretion. Refunds will only be issued when the tracking shows us that the delivery company is responsible in not delivering the package.

Claims for damaged good must include a photo of the damaged goods taken as soon as you notice the damage. Claims of damage without photographic proof will result in us being unable to provide a refund or exchange. Please send all relevant images and messages for damaged goods to sales@bringthechaos.com

Any claim for items damaged upon delivery must be made within 5 working days of the delivery date (sooner if possible). We endeavor to answer all emails but due to a high volume of them if you do not receive a reply via email in 3 working days please phone us on 028 3832 8895 to resolve any issues.

Your may cancel your order by returning your unsealed goods to us within 7 days of the date you receive your order but product must not be opened and seal must be intact. We are unable to accept returns for products which have been opened or used. Any items returned in this condition without prior authorisation will result in our decision to withdraw the offer of a refund in whole or part.

All Returns may be subject to a 5% Administration fee, any postage costs incurred as a result of a return will be paid for by the customer. Please contact us at sales@bringthechaos.com before returning your package.

Chaos Crew Reserve the right to cancel any order right up to the point of delivery.

This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations or other legislation.
