Orders can be disrupted during times unusual circumstances, such as, but not limited to, operational strikes and pandemics. During these times, we do our best to dispatch orders in a timely manner, however delays can be extended by our delivery providers. Please see our Delivery Information and Refund & Returns policy for full information. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages during times like these, and can only provide support for missing packages if they have been missing for more than 30 days after their original dispatch date.
