Delivery to UK & Ireland is charged at £3.98 with free delivery for orders over £25. All UK and Ireland shipping is posted NEXT DAY DELIVERY, we do not guarantee this as our deliveries are outsourced to third party companies such as ROYAL MAIL, DPD and through various companies with Postage Supermarket. We always use the fastest possible service available.

Refunds or Replacements
We are unable to accept returns for products which have been opened or used. Any items returned in this condition without prior authorisation will result in our decision to withdraw the offer of a refund in whole or part.
Delivery times are not guaranteed, if a package is stuck in transit, or delayed for reasons out of our control (such as strikes, errors made by the delivery company or lock downs), we cannot issue a refund or replacement until the package is considered lost. The package will only be considered lost after 30 days. Only when a package is considered lost, will we then arrange a refund or provide a replacement.
Claims for damaged good must include a photo of the damaged goods taken as soon possible to when it has been received, within the packaging if possible if damage is not visible before being removed from the box a picture of the damage is acceptable. We will not replace or refund for any product without evidence of the damage. Damaged goods must be returned in order for us to refund or replace your order.
Any postage costs incurred as the result of a return will be paid by the consumer.
We post every order on a signed for basis so that we know the customer has received it, this is normal procedure. In these difficult times signatures are not being collected but Royal Mail track the point of delivery via GPS tracking to show that packages are being delivered to the appropriate addresses. Once this is done we accept no responsibility for the customer not receiving their package, we have tracking to show that our end of the transaction has been fulfilled and we WILL NOT BE REFUNDING or REPLACING packages that have been signed for by the driver as delivered or via the GPS tracking but the customer says they have not received. If you do not consent to this we ask you not to order with us. Your understanding with this is greatly appreciated. We will not be launching claims with the delivery companies for items lost in this fashion, again if you do not consent to these terms we ask you to not use our services.

Refunds will only be issued when the tracking shows us that the delivery company is responsible in not delivering the package.
